The owner Al is amazing! I had a freak incident were my tire picked up a huge screw with bolt attached down the block from this shop near my house and knew I wasn’t going to make it to my dealership to get it fixed because they are too far and this needed immediate attention. I remembered this shop wasn’t far so took a chance on stopping by for help. Al immediately saw the issue upon walking to my car, stopped what he was doing and grabbed his supplies and took care of the issue promptly. I don’t even think I had the opportunity to ask if he could before he was on the ground, and that was impressive, I am very grateful that he came to my aide. Outstanding customer service, and very attentive! I will definitely be going back when my car needs any type of work that this shop offers.

I was on my way to work when my car suddenly couldn’t accelerate, and the engine light started blinking. Fortunately, I was right next to this shop when it happened. I pulled in and spoke to a guy named Al, who was kind, knowledgeable, and quickly identified the issue as a problem with my spark plugs. He literally came to my rescue and replaced the spark plugs so promptly that I was still able to make it to work without needing a full day of service. Thank you so much, Al!

He explained everything out in detail and put my mind at ease knowing he was trying to help me realize what had to be done. I wasn’t expecting everything to go wrong all at once. Very happy with the work Al and his team at precision. My wife on her home from work had an issue with the car in which Al immediately diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner with the car now running better than it has in a long while. Solid trustworthy mechanic.

I will never claim to be a car expert but I know at least the basics, since I met Al the owner for repairs in my cars, he showed transparency, never tried to sell me lies like many other places, the service quality is great and he’s always willing to exceed expectations. I keep coming to him on his different shops as he expands, and I will definitely not even think about changing to any other car shop, from my German roadster to my American SUV he always provides a professional and efficient service.
